Hyundai has been proudly named a 2015 Military Friendly Employer by veteran-owned company Victory Media, Inc. The automotive brand was recognized by the firm for actively hiring veterans throughout their corporate offices and dealerships across the country. Over 1,000 former military members are currently employed by Hyundai in North America and that number is only expected to grow in the future.

For years, Hyundai has been recruiting veterans to fill various positions within the company. They have great respect for current and former servicemen and work hard to help each individual transition into civilian life. If by chance an employee is called to active duty, Hyundai will even make sure they either receive their former position or another one when they return. This allows military members to carry out their duties without worrying about job security when they get back to the States.

Hyundai's efforts toward supporting veterans is what led to their inclusion on Victory Media's 2015 Military Friendly Employers List. Out of 5,000 companies, only three-percent were awarded the honor, Hyundai being one of them. The brand is committed to helping veterans in every way possible and has hired more than 230 former military members since January 2013. They hope their initiatives will continue to benefit veterans for years to come.
