Hyundai recently debuted their exquisitely designed "Vision G" Concept Coupe at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Designed to cater to its owner rather than spectators, the vehicle has a modest yet luxurious aesthetic and serves as inspiration for future Hyundai models to come.

The Hyundai "Vision G" Concept Coupe has a unique style all its own. According to Peter Schreyer, Hyundai’s president and chief design officer, the design team wanted to give the model a "DNA that balances design and performance." In order to achieve this, the team avoided adding over-the-top luxury components to the "Vision G" and instead outfitted the coupe with small luxuries, such as technology that automatically opens the door. Additionally, the model's exterior styling is carefully crafted to make the car look like it’s in motion. Complete with a high beltline, long hood and sweeping lines across the body, the coupe's "in motion" theme takes shape. This styling is further carried out within the cabin, which showcases elegant lines and contains subtle premium materials.

Underneath the hood, the "Vision G" sports 5.0L Tau V-8 engine - a displacement that has made Ward's Ten Best Engines list three times. Featuring high-pressure direct injection, the engine is able to generate 420 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft. of torque, while still offering exceptional fuel efficiency.

While the Hyundai "Vision G' Concept Coupe is not available for purchase, we encourage you to head over to Vandergriff Hyundai and take a look at our lineup of premium 2015/16 models.
