Viridian will be hosting a special Sweetheart Stroll on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, in support of American Heart Month. Participants will be able to choose to race in either a one-mile fun run or 5K as a part of this special event.
Perfect for all ages, the Sweetheart Stroll will be held at 1001 Viridian Park Lane in Arlington. Those who take part in the fun run will make their way through the area’s lakeside parks, while 5K runners will navigate a scenic route that heads toward River Legacy. Following the race, all participants will be able to enjoy a family festival to celebrate completing the Sweetheart Stroll. A finisher’s medal will also be awarded to each runner.
If you’d like to run in the races, you can sign up online now. Registration for individual 5K runners is $25, while registration for individual fun run participants is $10. Special Cupid’s Couple Run packages are also available. All participants will receive a long sleeved shirt with their registration.
