What's New for the 2022 Hyundai Accent?

The 2022 Hyundai Accent is a subcompact sedan, and it's one of the last of its kinds on the market. The Accent has an enticing package overall with a large touchscreen display and tech-savvy interior, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. The Accent no longer has a manual transmission available in 2022, but it otherwise remains the same as the 2021 model year. The Accent has a high fuel economy rating and a continuously variable automatic transmission.

2022 Accent Trims & Features

There are three trim levels available for the 2022 Hyundai Accent. The base trim is the SE. The SE has steel wheels and a well-equipped cabin for a base model. Included with the SE are cruise control, USB charging ports, and Bluetooth. Smartphone pairing is also a convenient feature that you'll get with the SE. For entertainment, you can enjoy the SE's five-inch touchscreen with access to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with music and more. The SEL, which is the mid-level trim, switches to alloy wheels instead of steel. It gets two additional speakers in the sound system for a total of six. A larger 7-inch touchscreen comes with the SEL, and it also has another USB port to provide a total of two. The exterior gets automatic headlights and fog lights. The Limited trim, which is the top Accent model, comes with even more features. The exterior has an upgrade with LED headlights and larger 17-inch wheels that have an alloy polish finish. Getting into your vehicle and controlling select functions is simpler than ever with the addition of a push-button start and a proximity key entry system to the Limited trim's cabin. The SEL and the Limited are equipped with some additional safety technology that includes a backup camera with dynamic gridlines and a voice recognition system that allows you to use Bluetooth without using your hands.
