What's new for The 2022 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid?

The Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is a great midsize sedan. It has a smooth powertrain, a comfortable ride, and an upscale cabin with plenty of standard features. Although the Sonata Hybrid's trunk is on the small side, its fuel economy is excellent.

The total system output is 192 horsepower and can run on electricity alone at speeds up to 75 mph. However, it's not as peppy as many other hybrids because it uses such a tiny battery pack. Fuel economy ratings are 44/40 mpg city/highway for the Blue model and 46/44 mpg for the Limited model, which both use 17-inch wheels instead of 16s like the base model does.

Safety

The 2022 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is the first car in Hyundai's lineup to earn the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) Top Safety Pick+ designation. It also made an overall five-star rating from the agency, thanks to the following results:
