
Hyundai's interactive display at this year's Chicago Auto Show was one of their best to date, and to honor the automaker for their efforts, the Word of Mouth Marketing Association named Hyundai the winner of their Most Socially-Engaging Exhibit award. With an ongoing commitment to social media and the digital world, Hyundai has been able to connect with fans on new levels. The brand continues to push the envelope when it comes to social media interaction and focus on innovation.
While there were many exceptional exhibits at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show, none were quite as entertaining as Hyundai's display. Their interactive booth was home to the Hyundai Racing Challenge, which allowed attendees to experience what it's like to be behind the wheel of a Hyundai race car. Those who participated were also able to share pictures on social media and see if they ranked on the leaderboard. In addition to interactive racing, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto demos were conducted using the 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Slated to debut on models later this year, the systems will give drivers the ability to utilize functions on their smartphone, such as navigation, calling and music streaming, through voice activation in order to reduce driver distractions.
As the recipient of the Most Socially-Engaging Exhibit award, Hyundai will keep working to grow their social media presence. They are honored to receive the special accolade and appreciate everyone's continual support.
