Hyundai has been part of the vehicle market for many years now, but they recently decided to get involved in the fashion world a little bit. In a partnership with designer Emma Mulholland, Hyundai uses fashion to promote their line of Veloster vehicles. A Veloster-themed jacket was a creation that came from a social media campaign led by Bauer Media.

Once the concept and general design was in place, Emma Mulholland was brought in to make the jacket. The split design encompasses everything that the Veloster stands for. With its professional attitude on one side and a party side on the other, this is a vehicle that works for many demographics.

When you look at photos of the Veloster-inspired jacket, you’ll notice that one side features a red pinstripe design that reflects the red stitching on the interior of the Veloster. The other side includes blacks and yellows, to express the beauty of the two-toned roof of the Veloster. There is even a hidden pocket in the jacket.

If you know anything about the Veloster, you know that there is a hidden third door in its design. A few simple additions to the jacket reflect how sporty the Veloster is overall. There are racing stripes down the sleeves. Photos are available online from photographer Juliet Taylor of Pool Collective.
